Audrey Richardson-Salinas

Deputy Director

 

Audrey Richardson-Salinas, MPP, MPH, partners with clients to oversee the implementation of opioid settlement funds while advancing broader behavioral health priorities. Her work at Aurrera Health spans mental health, substance use disorder services, and opioid response efforts, where she brings strengths in policy analysis, program evaluation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to support sustainable, community-driven solutions.

Before joining Aurrera Health, Audrey worked at Families USA, where she partnered with government leaders to improve health outcomes and led efforts to promote community-driven policy change during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also conducted research on racial and ethnic discrimination in the U.S. health care system and evaluated social service programs through her work with the Urban Institute, the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission.

In her spare time, Audrey enjoys watching movies, camping, and traveling.
