Bekka Rosenbaum has dedicated her professional career to improving the structures, practices, and partnerships to build healthy workforce ecosystems. With 15+ years of experience in a variety of direct-service, training, and non-profit leadership positions, Bekka excels at providing capacity building and technical assistance to non-profits, government, and other mission-driven organizations through interim and project-based workforce development support. She supports counties throughout California to improve connections to education, training, and work opportunities for individuals subject to the new work requirements under H.R.1.
Bekka also sits on the Board of the Food Literacy Center, a Sacramento-based nonprofit whose mission is to inspire kids to eat their vegetables. In her free time, Bekka can usually be found hiking, rock climbing, practicing karate, or spending time out in nature with her family.
