Amy Hoffmaster, MSPH has expertise in aging and disability policy and supports work related to long-term services and supports (LTSS) and integrated care for dually eligible individuals. She specializes in stakeholder engagement and facilitation, including external Medicaid advisory groups and member engagement activities. She is skilled in providing technical assistance to state agencies and in Medicaid LTSS program design, implementation and assessment.

Before joining Aurrera Health, Amy worked at a public health institute where she supported Medicaid leaders and led a collaborative of health organizations to advance public health in the Denver region. She also directed a multi-state learning collaborative focused on developing multisector plans for aging and provided technical assistance to state agencies and nonprofits on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, community engagement, and strategic communications. In addition, Amy has supported several state Medicaid agencies on home and community-based services (HCBS) and managed long-term services and supports, and has led external advisory groups and member engagement efforts.

Amy received her master of science in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is based in Denver, Colorado where she loves spending time outdoors and hiking with her husband, friends, and 12-pound dog Ella.
