Robyn Harris leads recruiting operations, onboarding design, fair and consistent hiring practices, and general HR operations at Aurrera Health. She partners closely with hiring managers to build structured, candidate-centered hiring processes, and works to ensure new hires have a clear, connected, and well-supported start at the firm.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Robyn worked in HR roles across non-profit and for-profit organizations, where she implemented internal processes and supported employees at all levels. Her experience spans recruitment, training, and workflow improvement, and she draws on that background to strengthen structured interviewing, scorecard design, and fair, consistent hiring practices firmwide.
Outside of work, Robyn enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
