Caitlin Crowley, MPH, has expertise in research, policy development, stakeholder engagement, and project management. At Aurrera Health Group, she applies these skills to policy initiatives related to dually eligible individuals and has also worked extensively on behavioral health initiatives.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Caitlin worked at L.A. Care Health Plan, where she played a key role in strategic planning and policy analysis, including supporting program readiness for CalAIM implementation. Her previous experience includes roles at The Children’s Partnership and the National Association of Community Health Centers, where she conducted policy research and supported advocacy efforts.
Caitlin holds a master’s degree in public health from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The George Washington University. Outside of work, you can find Caitlin exploring farmers markets and enjoying time in nature.
