Hilary Haycock, MPP has served as the President of Aurrera Health Group since 2015. As President & CEO, she directs the firm’s nationally recognized work on Medicaid and Medicare, delivery system reform, behavioral health transformation, and long-term services and supports integration. Aurrera Health Group’s work extends from California to Washington, DC, serving clients ranging from state and local governments to consumer advocacy groups to health care provider organizations and health plans.
In addition to her role as President & CEO, Hilary has led Aurrera Health’s work on California Medi-Cal programs such as California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM), the Coordinated Care Initiative, ACEs Aware, the Health Homes Program, and Whole Person Care. She previously served in health policy communications roles at the White House Domestic Policy Council, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She was also a health policy fellow for Senator Bill Nelson and communications director for SEIU Nevada during the 2008 presidential campaign. Hilary began her career researching county government policy in California and has published widely on health system transformation.
Hilary enjoys reading, Taylor Swift, and trying to keep up with her two young children.
