Managing Principal, Medicaid Programs

Jill Donnelly, MPH, supports Medicaid delivery system transformation at Aurrera Health. She works with states, counties, health plans, and community providers to implement care management programs, health related social needs initiatives, and behavioral health system improvement efforts.

Before joining Aurrera Health, Jill was a program director at Anthem Blue Cross, where she led the implementation of the Health Homes Program in six counties and statewide adult and pediatric palliative care benefits. She also served on the strategic planning team at L.A. Care, a public health plan in Los Angeles. Her work has focused on building provider networks, managing cross-sector collaboration, and improving care for complex populations.

Jill enjoys baking with her son and performing improv comedy.
