Hugh O’Connor, MPA, supports Medicaid initiatives at Aurrera Health, providing clients with policy research, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Hugh worked at consulting firms specializing in health policy. As a health policy associate, he advised private-sector health care clients, including trade organizations, professional societies, and hospital systems, on regulatory, legislative, and policy issues. Additionally, as a data and policy analyst, he worked on projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Health Resources and Services Administration, with a focus on quality programs and federal rulemaking.
Hugh is based in Connecticut and enjoys photography, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
