Maureen Johnson, MPH, works on behavioral health policy projects at Aurrera Health. She supports research, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement for state-level initiatives.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Maureen worked at the Association of University Centers on Disabilities, where she provided technical assistance to federally funded training and research programs. As a National Academy for State Health Policy Emerging Leader of Color Fellow, she supported Georgia’s Medicaid leadership in extending postpartum coverage to 12 months.
Maureen lives in Maryland and enjoys attending concerts, binge-watching TV shows, and listening to podcasts.
