Deputy Director
Molly Jones, MSW, has extensive expertise in improving behavioral health care delivery and designing policy and reimbursement mechanisms to expand access to high-quality care. Her work includes technical assistance, policy development, and implementation support for state and local initiatives.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Molly worked at the Wisconsin Primary Health Care Association, where she assisted 19 federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) with clinical operations, behavioral health integration, and health IT optimization. She supported clinics in implementing various integrated behavioral health care models, including methadone treatment programs and collaborative care. She also worked to strengthen partnerships between counties and community health centers.
Molly enjoys exploring the outdoors and keeping up with her daughters.
