Deputy Director
Sarah Leff, MPH, supports behavioral health and opioid response initiatives at Aurrera Health, including work on federally funded grant programs. She brings expertise in program planning and implementation, strategic collaboration, and public health approaches to strengthen behavioral health systems and improve community wellbeing.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Sarah spent ten years at the California Department of Public Health, where she led programs and initiatives addressing child and family mental health, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, and services for children and youth with special health care needs. As part of these efforts, Sarah provided technical assistance to local health departments across California.
Sarah lives in California and enjoys gardening, making jam, and going on outdoor adventures with her dog.
