Ann-Alecia Brewer, MSW, supports Aurrera Health’s internal operations and employee engagement work, creating an engaging atmosphere for employees to thrive in the workplace. She is passionate about creating environments that support people being their authentic self at work and efficiently improving systems for smooth interactions.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Ann-Alecia worked in the managed care health insurance industry, focusing on improving health outcomes through process and project improvement, health plan operations, and in-home member services where she led employee engagement initiatives, including staff training and team-building activities. She began her career with an emphasis in mental health and working within the foster care system.
In her free time, Ann-Alecia enjoys traveling, creating memories with friends and family, supporting local community events, reading all the books, and volunteering with her sorority.
