Kaitlyn Campbell, MPA, has deep subject matter expertise in Medicaid and public health policy. For over a decade, she has helped public, private, and non-profit organizations navigate complex regulatory environments by translating policy into operationally sound, community-centered solutions. At Aurrera Health, Kaitlyn supports clients with stakeholder engagement and facilitation, communication strategy development and execution, policy analysis and development, and program implementation.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health, Kaitlyn was a senior advisor on innovative Medicaid, Medicare, and value-based care programs at a health-tech startup. She has also led legislative strategy, rulemaking, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation initiatives at the Washington State Health Care Authority, Washington State Board of Health, Washington Health Benefit Exchange, Minnesota Department of Health, and Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management.
Kaitlyn lives in Minnesota with her family and enjoys gardening, yoga, hiking, traveling, and seeing live music.
