Senior Policy Consultant
Sarah Tocher supports clients with policy analysis, research, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, and project management. She provides planning, development, and implementation support on projects related to federal block grants, eligibility and enrollment, state and local opioid response, older adult behavioral health, and the health workforce and delivery system. Sarah has significant experience and expertise in conducting policy research and analysis, planning and facilitating meetings and stakeholder interviews, and developing reports and presentations.
Prior to joining Aurrera Health, Sarah served as a session committee assistant at the Washington State House of Representatives as part of the Consumer Protection & Business Committee.
Sarah lives in Los Angeles and enjoys reading, baking, doing crosswords, skiing, and playing soccer in her free time.
