Alisa Chester, MA, contributes to major Medicaid transformation projects focused on dual eligible individuals, managed care, and long-term services and supports. Her work includes policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Before joining Aurrera Health, Alisa worked at the Pew Charitable Trusts, where she led state strategies to reduce drug spending and expand access to opioid use disorder treatment. She also provided policy analysis at the Georgetown University Center for Children and Families and supported rule development at the Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange. Her experience also includes research and advocacy at the National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association.
Alisa lives in Sacramento, California, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
